Eurostars is the largest international funding programme for SMEs wishing to collaborate on R&D projects that create innovative products, processes or services for commercialisation. The programme is cofounded by the 36 Countries of the EUREKA Network as well as the European Comission. Luxembourg provides funding to Luxembourg companies (Ministry of the Economy) and research organisations/universities (National Research Fund). Luxinnovation acts a national EUREKA office
