Luxinnovation spoke with CEO Alexandros Trepeklis.
How did you first hear about Luxinnovation and our Fit 4 Start programme?
Actually we started working with the Technoport about a year ago and of course, also heard about Fit 4 Start. Actually, we already tried to get into the programme in Spring 2016. After working even harder on the start-up project, our application was successful in the Fit 4 Start Autumn edition.

What has your biggest achievement been since you founded Yollty?
In less than a year we accomplished a lot: we developed Yollty, adjusted the app quickly, put it into the app store and now companies are already beginning to pay for the service. Of course, composing a great team and making it into the Fit 4 Start programme count as big achievements as well.
What did you learn so far by participating in the Fit 4 Start programme?
In the past months we learned how to create a solid structure for setting up a start-up and how to ask the right questions to the right people. You should never get too comfortable with your product unless you have tested it in the real world. This is especially true for the Steering Committees where we get feedback from people with extensive experience in the field helped us to understand what investors will be looking for.
What are your next challenges?
First of all, we need to finalise our proof of concept. Then our immediate goal will be to gain 100 business and 1000 users for our app. Eventually, we would like to scale up to other countries as well beginning with France and Belgium followed by an EU-wide roll-out.
